La Coka Nostra have officially signed with Suburban Noize Records for the release of their upcoming debut "A Brand You Can Trust", which will be released through the label in early 2009. The group will embark on the Bring Tha Noize Tour alongside Kottonmouth Kings, Blaze Ya' Dead Homie, Big B, Potluck and Short Dawg beginning in late February through early April.

Ok, so the "I'm An American" video never came out, a La Coka Nostra EP never came out, a LCN album will never come out in 2008. However here is a recent interview with Ill Bill saying that the LCN album will come out in January 2009. But don't get your hopes up.

A new La Coka Nostra video is in the making for a new song titled "I'm An American", the release date is set for November 4th, but who knows if that will stick.

On another note, it seems Limp Bizkit is working on new stuff as well, but how much DJ Lethal is involved in it is unsure.

Former "Baywatch" star Nicole Eggert is fighting her ex boyfriend DJ Lethal in court, accusing him of burning her with cigarettes, among various other forms of brutality.

The case is playing out right now in L.A. criminal court, where Nicole testified she and Lethal (a member of House of Pain and Limp Bizkit) had a knock down drag out before leaving for Mexico last year. Undaunted, they still went south to Cancun, where Nicole claims Lethal burned her with cancer sticks after accusing her of flirting with another dude. Nicole also claims Lethal later threw a drum machine at her.

The domestic abuse trial is in its third and final day. Lucky for Mr. Lethal, what happens in Mexico stays in Mexico. He can only be prosecuted for the alleged attack in the US of A.

UPDATE: DJ Lethal -- real name Leor Dimant -- was acquitted of all charges due to inconsistencies in Nicole's police report and testimony.

DJ Lethal has also updated his MySpace with two songs about the incident: "Not Guilty" that features a sample of Jay-Z and "Phsyco Female" (misspelled) that is really just Limp Bizkit song "Stuck"

It seems like "A Brand You Can Trust" will never see the light of day, Ill Bill and Slaine has just stated that the album will now come out 'early next year'. See the video below:

ill bill:
Just off tour and ready to release the newest addition to his album list, Ill Bill will be releasing "The Hour Of Reprisal" on Uncle Howie Records which will be in stores on Sept. 16, 2008. He is scheduled to tour again later this year. Check his page for schedule updates.

slaine:
Also just off tour with Ill Bill, Slaine has a debut solo album coming out in the spring. Also be on the look out for a new Special Teamz Album/dvd coming This Fall. Check Slaine's myspace for tour dates with Ill Bill starting in Sept 2008.

dj lethal:
DJ Lethal has been busy launching his own record label. Lethaldose Records recently teamed up with Koch Distribution! His label has signed two acts so far. Lethal's solo record is coming out soon. He will also have a website up soon. Check his page for updates.

big left:
Big Left will be joining Ill Bill (and Slaine) on tour this fall. Check his page for the tour schedule. Lefty released his solo album "World War Three" and is said to be working on a new record with no release date as of yet.

A new (and final?) release date for Everlast solo album "Love, War And The Ghost Of Whitey Ford" is now June 24th.
